These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Patient Privacy Policy and are designed to provide you with a guide to the process you are about to undertake, ensuring you are well-informed as you undergo your treatment.

General terms and conditions for all patients

1.1 These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the Agreement between you and Nuraya's Cupping Clinic.

1.2 Please read this document carefully and take the opportunity to ask our team any questions at this stage.

1.3 If you are having sports therapy, your Practitioner will carry out a consultation with you to determine the appropriate treatment and will inform you of their recommended treatment plan. It is your responsibility to ensure that the planned treatment accurately reflects your wishes as discussed with your Practitioner in relation to your Care.

1.4 Following your initial consultation with your Practitioner or therapy treatment, if you decide to proceed with the treatment proposed by your Practitioner, you will be prompted to:

Pay the full amount set out in your Treatment Plan if your Care is scheduled to take place less than three (3) working days from the date of your initial consultation

Payment

1.5 Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with us, you are responsible for settling the cost of the cost of your treatment before your appointment starts or shortly after your visit. We may ask you to pay when you arrive at the clinic, when you make your appointment, or before you leave.

Cancellation of refunds

1.6 We do not charge cancellation fees if the request was made 48 hours prior to your appointment and you are free to change your mind about any course of treatment at any time, however no-show and late fees are charged. You will need to pay for the Care you have received up to the point of cancellation, as well as any other reasonable costs incurred by Nuraya's Cupping Clinic.

1.7 If you have already paid for your Fixed Price Package or made a deposit, we will issue a refund. Please note cancellations made less than 48 hours cannot be refunded and only rescheduled. We do not pay cash refunds.

1.8 We reserve the right to decline your booking. Any such decisions would usually be based on ensuring, for example, the safety of our patients for example, suffering from multiple contradictions for your treatment.

Rescheduling

1.9 If you or your practitioner cancels your appointment for any reason, and you wish to reschedule your Care, please contact us. We will be happy to arrange an appointment at a time convenient for you.

Treating children

2.0 Nuraya's Cupping Clinic only accepts adults of 18 years and over and children over 12 must be accompanied by an consenting adult (18+).
